Which websites fit this package?
One working, self-hosted WordPress brochure site or blog, with files and database together no larger than 2 GB uncompressed. It must keep the same domain and move to compatible cPanel hosting you already own. Stores, memberships and Multisite are excluded.
What should I have ready?
Your public site URL, measured size, current and target hosting details, a working backup, and a list of up to 10 pages plus one existing contact form to check. Once booking opens, share only non-secret details through Fiverr for a fit check. Don’t buy new hosting for this offer before compatibility is checked.
Do you need server root or my main account password?
No server root or registrar master password. We arrange temporary, minimum necessary access to the site files, database and WordPress. If your host cannot provide scoped access, you or your host perform the account-level steps. Revoke temporary access after handover.
Will my domain or email service change?
The domain stays the same. We agree only the web DNS records needed for the move. Email service and mail DNS records stay unchanged. You remain the domain owner and approve cutover; registrar transfers and email migration are not included.
Can you guarantee no downtime?
No. A preview, backup and agreed cutover window help reduce disruption, but hosting and DNS can affect availability. Keep your old hosting active until the checks are accepted and the agreed rollback window has ended.
How do the four days and revision work?
The planned package has four-day delivery under Fiverr’s order timer. Complete inputs and an available cutover window are needed. If a dependency blocks delivery, we agree an extension through Fiverr. One consolidated in-scope revision is included; delivery defects are corrected, while new scope needs a separate agreement.
Do we need a call?
Routine calls are not required. Scope, questions and approval stay in written English Fiverr messages. You receive a consolidated request if anything is missing, a cutover plan, and a written handover. You do need to be available for the agreed approval window.
What about contact forms and paid plugins?
One existing contact form is tested with synthetic data and a recipient you approve. New mail delivery configuration, third-party outages and pre-existing faults are excluded. You supply valid transferable licenses; purchasing or replacing paid plugins is not included.
What will I receive?
The migrated site, a backup handover through the agreed secure route, checks for the agreed pages and functions, a change summary, known issues and rollback instructions. The illustration and planned handover contents on this page are not a completed client case study.
How is AI used, and what happens to my data?
AI may help draft generic checklists and documentation, which are human-reviewed. Customer files, backups, credentials and private content are not sent to external AI services without separate explicit permission. Temporary access and data handling are agreed before work starts.
